Seriously, birth control requires a prescription:
How many lives could be saved and how many ruined lives could be prevented if the sides in this debate would stop screaming at each other and actually work towards improved RESULTS as opposed to entrenched ideological positions. The realities involved in birth control, reproductive rights, teen pregnancy and all the others RUIN lives. The potential positive social impact that cooperation could provide are incalculable. But politicians don't get votes out of cooperation.
