Your Government Will Make You Live In Shit

 This is a long, but very enlightening post on Qualified Immunity.

TLDR: It took a prison cell literally full of feces for the Supreme Court to FINALLY overcome their bullshit qualified immunity rule (the reasonably dumb cop rule) and FINALLY hold a government employee responsible for egregious violations of civil rights.
